Tiger’s Nest (Paro Taktsang)

The Tiger’s Nest, Paro Taktsang, is one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmarks, 900 metres above the ground. It is considered one of the most popular places to visit in Bhutan. Punakha Dzong

Buddha Dordenma (Thimphu)

It is one of the largest sitting Buddha statues in the world. Buddha Dordenma, standing at a height of 169 feet, is a bronze and gold-plated statue. It is found on a hill in Kuenselphodrang Nature Park, which overlooks Thimphu Valley. The statue symbolises harmony, peace, and happiness, and it also fulfills an ancient prophecy. Royal Manas National Park

Royal Manas National Park, located in south-central Bhutan, is a haven to nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts. It hosts more than 365 bird species and over 200 mammal species, including tigers, elephants, and golden langurs. The park possesses varying climates ranging from subtropical to temperate environments. The most appropriate time to visit will be between November and February, when the weather is lovely. Rinpung Dzong (Paro Dzong)

Rinpung Dzong is a wonderful example of Bhutanese architecture, which is 3 km away in the town of Paro. Dzong is a monastery as well as an administrative centre. The movie Little Buddha (1995) featured Rinpung Dzong, making it a popular tourist destination for families and photographers. It is perched on a hillside overlooking the Paro valley and is commanding in views. Rinpong Dzong is a place that people cannot leave without engaging in culture, history, and Bhutanese architecture.
