Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Paro. Enjoy a short scenic drive to the base of Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) Monastery.
Start your hike through pine forests filled with prayer flags and panoramic valley views. Your guide will accompany you at your pace, sharing stories and the spiritual significance of the site.
Pause at the traditional Taktsang Cafeteria. Enjoy tea/coffee while taking in your first dramatic view of Tiger’s Nest perched on the cliffside.
Continue the climb with steps leading to the monastery. Capture stunning photos along the way.
Visit sacred temples, learn the legend of Guru Rinpoche, and enjoy breathtaking cliffside views. Photography is not allowed inside, but the external viewpoints are magnificent.
